1. Partnership Structure: This Memorandum of Agreement establishes a partnership between the above-named church ("Church Partner") and Cage Free Voices ("CFV") to operate a CFV RISE Homeschool Hub.
2. Church Partner Responsibilities: The Church Partner agrees to provide: (a) dedicated physical space for learning activities (classrooms, meeting rooms, or hybrid setup); (b) a church liaison or coordinator to oversee program operations; (c) promotion of CFV programs to congregation and local homeschool community; and (d) optional volunteer tutors, mentors, or enrichment instructors as available.
3. CFV Responsibilities: CFV agrees to provide: (a) complete neuroadaptive curriculum and learning materials; (b) certified instructors and facilitators (or training for church volunteers); (c) all compliance documentation and academic records; (d) marketing materials and family enrollment support; (e) ongoing training, resources, and program management; and (f) revenue-sharing with transparent monthly reporting.
4. Revenue Sharing: Church Partner will receive a flat rate of $1,000 per month for every 10 students enrolled through the church. Revenue is calculated based on verified, paid enrollments and distributed monthly via direct deposit or church-designated payment method.
5. Term and Termination: This agreement begins upon acceptance by CFV and continues until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all active students will be transitioned to alternative CFV programming with minimal disruption.
6. Authority and Compliance: By submitting this form, I confirm that I have the legal authority to bind the above-named church to this partnership agreement. The Church Partner agrees to maintain all applicable insurance, safety standards, and facility requirements for hosting educational programs.
7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of student records, financial information, and proprietary curriculum materials in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
